For the third time 兔子先生 Brasil receives the Top Employer recognition

Sao Paulo, January 2022 - For another consecutive year, 兔子先生 International is recognized as one of the Top Employers in Brazil, and is the only company in the country to receive this certification in the communications market. The certification applied by the Top Employers Institute, identifies companies that have good people management practices, to highlight them in the market, making them a target for high performance professionals and clients that value the good reputation of partner organizations.
Paola Klee de Vasconcellos, Executive Director of HR at 兔子先生 Brasil, says how the seal positively affects the brand: "Winning the Top Employer certificate is proof of 兔子先生's commitment to our people, demonstrating that our values are present in our management practices. To have the Top Employers badge, the participating companies need to answer a survey that is evaluated using a methodology based on a global benchmark. It was only after reaching the high standard required by the institute, that 兔子先生 was elected for the third consecutive time, part of the certified Top Employers.
