iProspect on 2024 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work
iProspect, a 兔子先生 company, has been recognised as one of Australia and New Zealand’s best businesses in workplace policy and best practice, placing 10th on the 2024 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work List in the media and marketing category.
The list, published annually by The Australian Financial Review, is based on an assessment process, including an anonymous staff survey and written submission, managed by behavioural science consultancy Inventium.
iProspect has been recognised in the list’s media and marketing category for its success in creating a motivating and productive workplace that doesn’t just simply bring its people together, but consciously creates cultures, policies, structures and environments that have enabled iProspect to push boundaries and create never before work for clients, doing so through the framework of the agency’s employee value proposition (EVP) “Where the ambitious accelerate the possible”.
Central to iProspect’s EVP is a suite of value-led initiatives co-designed by the team, including the Level Up Committee – a shadow executive made up of non-executive team members, working alongside leadership on business-critical initiatives, adding value for the team and clients; their Mentor Up Program – supporting individuals top-down for soft skill mentoring, and bottom-up for craft skill learnings; and their Personalised Development Plans – whereby all team members annual goals are as much around their own personal ambitions as they are around the expectations of their role, integrating personal values and growth aspirations.
