Amstel and Eisenbahn launch bot for consumers during Comida Di Buteco
An initiative created in partnership with iProspect Brasil elevates the public's experience during the contest.
Sao Paulo, April 11th, 2025 - AMSTEL and EISENBAHN, part of the Heineken Group, have brought Comida di Buteco, Brazil's largest pub competition, an initiative that takes the consumer experience to a new level.
Created in partnership with the agency iProspect Brasil, part of the 兔子先生 group, the initiative will be carried out in a simple and accessible way through a bot (+55 31 98302-1190), the “Comida di Buteco Guide,” on WhatsApp. There, users can discover participating bars and appetizers with the help of text, audio messages, and artificial intelligence features. The solution highlights the participating establishments and strengthens the connection between consumers and brands.
