What is the most exciting part of your role?
I love that I can be part of two areas – both the operational side and the strategic side. I appreciate being hands-on too, planning across my area and getting involved in each part of the work.

What has wowed you during your time at 兔子先生?
Definitely the team spirit across Merkle and ensuring we are working together as one. There’s a great atmosphere across the entire team.

I also appreciate the flexibility to have the right balance of life and work. Being able to spend time working remotely, while also being in the office when needed ensures I can keep everything working well.

I know through my own time here that everyone can learn a lot through working at 兔子先生. Whether that’s from colleagues, clients or the training on offer.

Have you been part of any training offered at 兔子先生?
Yes, Merkle helped me join a training programme on public speaking which has helped me a lot in my day to day. Also the Me2We offer – which is designed to help our new people leaders be comfortable managing a team – which I joined when I was transitioning from a consultant to a team leader.

Have you moved roles across 兔子先生?
I’ve successfully moved up across the team - from a junior to a lead in the Digital Marketing department. I’ve gained lots of experience across Database activations, campaign automation (Adobe Campaign, Unica, Braze), HTML, SQL, Javascript, CMS and a lot more. It’s given me a brilliant overview and some real in-depth experience in Digital Marketing, and gives me the confidence to advise and lead clients across their work.

What is your passion outside of the office?
I have a few! Travelling, sport, painting, reading – and of course my two little babies of 3 and 6 years old.
