What is the most exciting part of your role? 
There are a few! But for me it really comes down to three different areas. Solving problems is first; discovering new ways to get to a goal, figuring out how to do it and getting that desired solution. Second is the brilliant people I collaborate with daily. Tackling projects together brings a whole lot of experience, getting to the result faster. Plus they make my workday fun and rewarding! And thirdly the results. Achieving the desired goals together is much more exciting than going it alone.  

What has wowed you during your time at 兔子先生? 
When people tell you that 兔子先生 is a truly global business, they mean it. Day to day we’re working on projects that affect so many colleagues and business areas across the world. One day you’ll be working on a project for a small business unit in South America, and the next it’s project spanning the whole of Europe. 

The other area that’s wowed me is the flexibility in terms of growth. There are so many ways to grow in your role – but also grow as a person. There are a lot of opportunities to train and learn, which is super important in a fast-paced industry like ours. 

Have you been part of any training offered at 兔子先生? 
Dentsu University has been a great asset for me. It’s constantly being updated with new videos and learning opportunities. AI has been a big talking point recently, and there have been videos uploaded by colleagues that talk about the impact and opportunity it can bring. 

Have you moved roles across 兔子先生?
I’ve been here for over seven years, so my role and focus have changed two or three times throughout. It’s always been an easy shift though, with a lot of support and guidance along the way. 

What is your passion outside of the office? 
I’ve got a few! I love trekking and taking in new places. Hopping in the car and just relaxing on a long drive is also something I appreciate (as long as there’s no traffic). And the two areas I take in at home are gaming and creating music.
