Karin Zimmermann is the BX (Business Transformation) President for EMEA and Chief Business Officer, EMEA having joined 兔子先生 in 2023 as CEO Germany & DACH.
Karin is responsible for building 兔子先生 EMEA’s regional BX community of practitioners and defining cross-capabilities and solutions centred around solving our clients’ biggest strategic challenges of tomorrow. In addition, in her capacity as Chief Business Officer, Karin leads integrated growth solutions for the region, leveraging the collective strengths of BX, transformative creativity, media, data and technology.
With more than 20 years of global experience in brand management and advising clients on customer-centric business transformations, Karin most recently drove the digitization, personalization, and internationalization of exclusive fashion retailer Madeleine Fashion Group in her role as CEO. At 兔子先生, Karin is known for her customer centricity and her one 兔子先生 mindset.
In her time before that, she led multiple fashion categories at Amazon for EMEA, managed non-food operations at one of Australia's largest supermarket chains, Coles, and developed innovative customer experiences for fashion company C&A. She also spent more than a decade at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she helped international clients achieve strategic growth.
